Ceiling fans, fan lights, pendants, vanity lights and outdoor fixtures swapped and hung. Call or text (310) 593-3453 with a photo for a price.
A ceiling fan weighs more and moves more than a light fixture. Hanging one from a plain light box is how fans end up wobbling or loose a year later. Before I hang a fan I check the box, and if it isn’t rated for a fan, I install a fan-rated brace first. Then the fan gets balanced so it runs quiet on every speed.
Replacing a fixture or a switch on an existing circuit is a standard handyman job. New circuits, panel work or running new wiring through the house needs a licensed electrician. If your project needs that, I’ll tell you before you pay for anything.
Most people have more than one light they’ve been meaning to change. Group them into one visit: a fan in the bedroom, a vanity light in the bathroom and a porch light usually fit into one afternoon, and it costs less than separate trips.
Yuri was professional, very considerate of my home (shoe covers, vacuumed up after himself, took away all trash after job and Quickly fixed and replaced lights and moved furniture. Highly recommend!

Usually yes. I check the ceiling box and add a fan-rated brace if needed. If there’s no fixture or wiring at all, that may need an electrician and I’ll tell you.
Either way works. You can buy it yourself, or tell me what you want and I’ll suggest options.
Yes, old fixtures and all packaging leave with me.
