Orange County water is hard. After a few years the mineral buildup welds faucet nuts and supply lines in place, and that’s usually where a simple faucet swap turns into a long afternoon. I bring the tools for it, including basin wrenches and cutters for the nuts that won’t turn, so an old faucet comes out without damaging the sink. New supply lines go in with every faucet, because the old ones are often the next leak.
If your disposal hums but doesn’t spin, leaks from the bottom or trips the reset button over and over, it’s usually time to replace it. I swap the unit, reconnect the drain and dishwasher line, and check everything for leaks with water running before I leave.
Water heater replacement, sewer lines, gas lines and moving pipes inside walls need a licensed plumber and often a permit. If your job is one of those, I’ll tell you up front instead of quoting it.
The water to our house is hard, which has made taking older faucets off near impossible. Yurii came in with all of his tools and was able to successfully uninstall the older faucets and install the new ones. I also appreciated his attention to detail on final sealing and his cleanliness.
Yurii did an excellent job repairing a leak in our shower drainage and drywall ceiling. He was professional, attentive to details, and went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. On top of that he worked neatly and cleaned up all construction debris.
Yes. Most of my faucet jobs are customer-supplied fixtures. Send me the model and a photo under the sink and I’ll confirm it fits.
Usually an hour or two when the existing outlet and drain are in good shape.
Yes. Shoe covers inside, the work area gets wiped down and the old fixture leaves with me.
